Our silk begins with mulberry trees grown in vibrant, biodiverse environments that nourish the soil and protect against environmental stress. Silkworms are raised gently and naturally, feeding on fresh mulberry leaves and spinning their cocoons in small-scale, non-industrial nurseries.

The farms we partner with apply regenerative techniques like rotational cropping, terrace farming, and intercropping to restore soil fertility, reduce water usage, and eliminate the need for synthetic fertilizers. Instead of harsh chemicals, these farms rely on biological pest control—from ducks and chickens to solar-powered bug zappers and organic limestone ash—to protect crops and silkworms in safe, non-toxic ways.
