Returns and Refunds
At Nicilian, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Hair accessories, such as hair ties, are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our team at support@nicilian.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to schedule your return via SwftBox.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using the return service provided through SwftBox for a smooth process.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt of the return for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

If the size is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@nicilian.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund.
Nicilian reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
