We currently offer domestic and international shipping for all orders placed through www.nicilian.com. All orders are fulfilled from our studio in Dubai, UAE, and delivered via our trusted logistics partner, Swftbox.


Domestic Shipping (UAE)

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout

  • You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.


International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on location

  • Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.


Order Processing Time

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.

  • During peak seasons or collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.


Delivery & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link from Swftbox via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details at checkout are accurate to avoid delays.


Missed Deliveries / Reattempts

Swftbox will make up to [2 or 3] delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the item may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery fees may apply.


Shipping Issues or Delays

Nicilian is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs clearance, or courier service issues. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at support@nicilian.com with your order number.
