Straight and close through the hip, the twill running clean and unbroken from the top edge, closing on an invisible zip at the centre back so nothing interrupts the line. It holds that line to below the knee, then breaks...three gathered georgette ruffles banded one over the next, finishing at mid-calf. Everything happens at the end. Cut close enough that we make it to measure. Pure silk from regenerative farms. Pairs with the Cascade Blouse to complete the set.

Features
Story
Collection 002 is about release, and how long it can be held off. The Cascade holds it as long as the cloth allows. The twill runs straight from the top edge to below the knee and gives away nothing...no waistband, no seam across the front, the zip hidden down the back. Then three tiers of georgette, gathered close, one over the next. A skirt cut this near the body has to be made to the body, which is why each one is made to measure.
Styling
Wear with the Cascade Blouse for the full set, the tiers repeating at the hip and again at the hem. The Ease Tank in light pink sits over it just as well, ending below the waist and leaving the line uninterrupted. The skirt is narrow and the movement is all at the bottom, so let the top stay simple and the length do the work.

SILK TWILL:
Our 100% silk twill is best cared for with dry cleaning to preserve its natural luster and drape. Due to its generous weight, it can also be gently steam-ironed at home on medium to high heat, moving continuously to avoid scorching.
For at-home cleaning, hand wash gently in cool water with a mild soap, pat dry with a towel, and hang to air dry — never wring or twist.
Natural creasing may occur throughout the day — this is a beautiful quality of pure silk, a sign of its organic character and ease.
SILK GEORGETTE:
Our 100% silk georgette is best cared for with dry cleaning to maintain its airy drape and soft translucence. It can also be gently steamed or carefully ironed at home on low to medium heat with a pressing cloth, always moving continuously to avoid scorching.
For at-home cleaning, hand wash delicately in cool water with a gentle soap, softly pat dry with a towel, and hang to air dry — avoiding any wringing or twisting, as georgette is a delicate weave.
